How are we doing?

Our mission is to serve our communities by providing exceptional care, as we prevent illness, restore health and provide comfort to all who entrust us with their care. This means that we're striving to improve the care you or your loved ones may receive. It also means that we need to know how our patients feel about us.

Our hospitals are accredited through the Joint Commission. This agency serves to help ensure and monitor the quality and safety of patient care.

If you feel the services provided have in any way compromised patient safety or not met accepted quality of care standards, please ask for the patient representative at your clinic or hospital.

If you do not feel these concerns have been adequately addressed after contacting a patient representative, please call the Joint Commission at 1-800-994-6610 or e-mail at complaint@jointcommission.org.
