New Ulm Medical Center is blessed to have an active and supportive Auxiliary, as well as other community volunteers that foster volunteerism for and provides financial support to New Ulm Medical Center.

Key volunteer opportunities at New Ulm Medical Center include:

• front desk/information
• oncology department
• radiology department
• surgery waiting room
• medical/surgical department
• hospice department
• physical medicine department
• emergency department
• clinic front desk
• scheduling
• in clerical capacities working in various departments

Volunteering is an excellent way to gain experience, discover new talents and make lasting friendships. In addition, the auxiliary raises funds for unbudgeted hospital items and scholarships for students in nursing and health-related fields.
