The New Ulm Medical Center Foundation is the philanthropic arm of New Ulm Medical Center, supporting the medical center’s mission to “serve our communities by providing exceptional care as we prevent illness, restore health and give comfort to all who entrust us with their care.”
The New Ulm Medical Center Foundation provides a vehicle for area community members who want to sustain New Ulm Medical Center’s mission through donations, memorials or bequests. All activities and funds are dedicated exclusively to supporting and providing for area medical needs and to improve the physical and mental well-being of the area’s residents.
Gifts of cash – an easy way to make a gift to the Foundation is to write a check. If requested, your gift may be restricted or used for whatever you specify, or unrestricted or used in the way the board sees fit. Your gift is tax deductible.
Memorials or Honorariums – Gifts may be given to the Foundation in memory of, or to honor a healthcare provider, family member or friend.
Long Term securities – It is a significant advantage to give stocks in lieu of cash gift.
Planned giving – You may give a gift through your will, life income plans, beneficiary designation, insurance, property and/or trusts.
Endowment Giving – you may make a gift and restrict the use to earning of the initial principal.
