Patient Information Center

The Patient Information Center at the New Ulm Medical Center provides a critical link between providers and patients. Our patient service representatives coordinate future patient care through a variety of functions, such as:

• scheduling radiology appointments, physician appointments
• assisting patients in coordinating visits to outside facilities
• responding to requests for medical records
• providing maps, parking and accommodations information
• providing insurance referrals if required
• arranging interpreter services and transportation from Allina Van Service
• providing patients with resources for drug assistance

You can reach the Patient Information Center Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at 507-233-1150.

• Pricing quotes can be obtained by contacting the cashier at 507-233-1631.
• Requests for records can be obtained by contacting the Release of Information Department at 507-233-1144.
• Requests for radiology films can be obtained by contacting the Radiology film room at 507-233-1607.
