Aspen Medical Group announces opening of new specialty centers
ST. PAUL 06/10/2008--Aspen
Medical Group, a division of Allina Hospitals & Clinics, has opened
three new specialty centers to better serve the health care needs of the
community. The three centers focus on musculoskeletal concerns (bones, muscles,
and joints), sleep disorders, and digestive health procedures.
Musculoskeletal Center at Bandana Square
The Musculoskeletal Center at Bandana Square offers
integrated, single-site delivery of orthopedic, podiatry, physical therapy, and
health and wellness care combining the services of Aspen and the Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute
of Allina Hospitals & Clinics.
- Orthopedic services include treatment of a
wide range of diseases and conditions: joint injury, replacement and revision,
fracture and injury care, sports medicine, arthroscopy, and sprains and
strains.
- Podiatry services include a full spectrum of medical and surgical care
of the foot and ankle with expertise in: plantar fasciitis, diabetic foot care,
bunions, and trauma.
- Physical therapy includes individualized treatment
programs for rehabilitation, education, and prevention.

The Aspen Sleep Center
The Aspen Sleep Center offers comprehensive services with
sleep specialists to treat a variety of sleep disorders. The center brings
diagnostic and therapeutic services under one roof to shorten and simplify the
process of referring, testing, interpreting results, and recommending treatment.

The Aspen Digestive Health Center
The Aspen Digestive Health Center provides comprehensive and
convenient digestive health services. Services include diagnosing, treating and
providing ongoing care to those with digestive system problems, including the
esophagus, stomach, intestines and liver. Procedures include colonoscopy and
upper endoscopy.
