Question:I am having trouble accessing the Careers or Job Search pages on the Allina Website.

Answer:You may be having trouble accessing our Job Search page because your Date, Time, or Time zone is incorrect. This is especially true shortly after daylight savings time changes.

  1. Review the date, time and time zone on your computer to ensure they are accurate by double-clicking the time in the lower right-hand corner of your monitor. When the Date and Time Properties box opens, verify that the date and time are correct.
  2. Under the ‘Time Zone’ tab, ensure that the ‘Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes’ box is checked.

  3. Question: I do not receive e-mails telling me that I have successfully applied for jobs at Allina or what the new password I requested is.

Answer:You may need to add Allina.com to your Safe Sender’s List.

    1. Before you register with your User Name and Password, please add “@allina.com” as a safe domain to your safe sender’s list for incoming email.
    2. You may also need to check your “Bulk” or “Junk” folder for previously-sent e-mails from Allina.com. Some e-mail providers incorrectly flag some e-mail as either “Bulk” or “Junk”.

      Restart your computer
