Fruit smoothies
Almost anyone will enjoy this refreshing drink, especially on a hot day.
Ingredients1 medium to large banana
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1/4 cup sugar substitute
Directions
- Peel and cut banana into large chunks.
- Place in resealable bag. Seal and freeze for at least 5 to 6 hours.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
