Fresh salsa
Fresh herbs, veggies and lime add plenty of flavor to this easy, two-step salsa.
Ingredients6 tomatoes, preferable Roma (or 3 large tomatoes), chopped
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely minced
2 jalapeņo peppers, finely chopped
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Fresh lime juice, to taste
1/8 teaspoon oregano, finely crushed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 avocado, diced (black skin)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in glass bowl.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within 4 to 5 hours.
